Yes. AALAM MOTORS ships auto parts worldwide where shipping is available and permitted. Delivery times vary depending on the product, destination country, customs procedures, and courier service. Import duties, taxes, clearance fees, and other local charges are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.

To confirm fitment, please share your vehicle details before ordering, including brand, model, year, engine type, trim, or VIN/chassis number where available. This is especially important for Toyota, Lexus, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Kia, and Hyundai parts, as compatibility can differ by market specification and model year.

Shipping times depend on stock availability, supplier processing, destination country, and customs clearance. Some orders are dispatched quickly, while special-order items or international deliveries may take longer. Any delivery timeframe shown on the website or shared by email should be treated as an estimate, not a guarantee.

Yes. We also list vehicles sourced from the UAE and USA and can arrange export and delivery to the customer’s destination, including door delivery where available. Vehicle shipping timelines depend on origin, destination, shipping schedules, customs procedures, local regulations, and final delivery arrangements.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Your order is only confirmed after AALAM MOTORS reviews it and sends acceptance or begins processing. Placing an order or submitting an inquiry does not automatically guarantee acceptance. We may contact you to verify vehicle details, product compatibility, stock availability, shipping feasibility, or payment information before final confirmation.

Order changes or cancellations are only possible before procurement, processing, export preparation, or shipment begins. Once a part has been specially ordered, dispatched, or prepared for export, or once a vehicle has been reserved or sourced, cancellation may not be possible or may be subject to fees and non-refundable costs.

We will review the case and advise on the next steps in line with our Refund and Returns Policy. Do not install or use the item before contacting us.

Yes, in most international orders, the customer is responsible for customs duties, VAT, import taxes, inspection charges, broker fees, and any other destination-country costs unless we clearly state otherwise in writing. These charges are set by local authorities and are outside our control.
