AALAM MOTORS is based in Dubai, UAE. We specialize in auto parts for selected vehicle brands, including Toyota, Lexus, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Kia, and Hyundai, worldwide shipping of automotive parts, vehicle listings and vehicle sourcing, and vehicle export and delivery services for cars from the UAE and USA to customers in different countries. All services, product listings, and vehicle listings are subject to availability and acceptance by AALAM MOTORS.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or legally capable of entering into binding agreements in your jurisdiction, you will use this website only for lawful purposes, and the information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and up to date.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to the website at our discretion if we believe a user has violated these Terms and Conditions or applicable law.

3. Products and Services

Auto Parts. We offer automotive parts for selected makes and models. While we aim to provide accurate descriptions, compatibility information, images, and specifications, customers are responsible for verifying fitment, suitability, and compatibility before purchase.

Vehicle Listings. We may advertise, source, or facilitate the sale and export of vehicles from the UAE and USA. Vehicle listings, descriptions, photos, mileage, features, availability, and pricing are provided for general informational purposes and may change without notice.

Availability. All products, services, and vehicle listings are subject to stock availability, supplier confirmation, shipping feasibility, and final approval by AALAM MOTORS.

4. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order through our website or by direct communication does not automatically guarantee acceptance. All orders are subject to review and confirmation by AALAM MOTORS.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order, limit quantities, request additional customer or vehicle information, and cancel orders in case of pricing errors, stock issues, supplier unavailability, shipping restrictions, or suspected fraud. If an order is canceled after payment has been made, any eligible refund will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice.

• Prices may be shown in AED, USD, or another selected currency.
• Shipping, customs duties, import taxes, registration fees, inspection fees, port charges, insurance, and other destination-related costs are not included unless expressly stated.
• The customer is responsible for any bank charges, transfer fees, exchange rate differences, customs charges, taxes, or import-related costs applicable in the destination country.

Full or partial payment may be required before order processing, procurement, reservation, export, or shipment. AALAM MOTORS reserves the right to correct any pricing errors, typographical mistakes, or incorrect product information at any time, even after an order has been submitted.

6. Product Information and Fitment Responsibility

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, part references, and fitment-related details are accurate. However, product photos may be for illustration purposes only, packaging and appearance may vary, some parts may require professional installation, and compatibility may vary depending on model year, trim, market specification, engine type, chassis code, or VIN.

It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that a part is correct for their vehicle before ordering. If needed, customers should contact us with their VIN, chassis number, or detailed vehicle information before purchase. AALAM MOTORS shall not be liable for losses resulting from incorrect orders placed based on incomplete or inaccurate vehicle information provided by the customer.

7. Vehicle Purchase and Import/Export Terms

For vehicle sales, sourcing, and shipping services, all vehicle listings are subject to prior sale and availability. Vehicle specifications, mileage, condition, service history, and options may vary. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, shipping schedules, inspections, port congestion, destination rules, force majeure, or third-party delays.

The customer is responsible for checking whether the vehicle can be legally imported, registered, insured, or used in their country. The customer is also responsible for complying with destination-country laws, emissions standards, inspection requirements, homologation rules, customs procedures, and registration requirements unless otherwise agreed in writing. AALAM MOTORS does not guarantee registration approval, import eligibility, or licensing approval in the buyer’s country unless expressly confirmed in writing as part of a separate service agreement.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Auto Parts Shipping. We ship auto parts worldwide where permitted. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Vehicle Shipping. Vehicle shipping times depend on origin, destination, customs procedures, port handling, shipping line schedules, and local delivery arrangements.

Delays. AALAM MOTORS is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or customs clearance, government restrictions, carrier delays, supplier issues, weather events, port congestion, incorrect address details, incomplete customer documentation, or force majeure events beyond our control.

Risk of Loss. For auto parts, risk may pass to the customer upon dispatch, carrier collection, or delivery, depending on the shipping method and agreed terms. For vehicles, risk transfer shall be governed by the agreed sale and shipping arrangement and may pass at the point of handover to the shipping carrier, freight forwarder, port, or destination delivery stage, depending on the transaction.

9. Customs, Duties, and Import Charges

For international orders, the customer is solely responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, clearance fees, inspection fees, broker fees, registration and compliance fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country.

If a shipment is delayed, refused, abandoned, returned, or seized due to the customer’s failure to comply with import rules or pay required charges, AALAM MOTORS shall not be responsible for related losses, additional fees, or non-delivery.

10. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Auto Parts. Returns may be accepted only if the request is made within the applicable return period, the item is unused and uninstalled, the item is returned in its original packaging, and the part is not a special-order, electrical, electronic, clearance, non-returnable, or custom-sourced item unless defective or incorrectly supplied by us.

Incorrect Orders. If a customer orders the wrong part without confirming compatibility, return approval remains at our discretion and may be subject to restocking fees and shipping deductions.

Vehicles. Deposits paid for vehicle reservations, sourcing, procurement, export preparation, or special requests may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Vehicle-related cancellations may be subject to administrative, sourcing, storage, transport, and processing charges.

Refund Processing. Approved refunds, if any, will be processed using the original payment method where possible, less any applicable fees, deductions, non-recoverable costs, and transaction expenses.
